- Simple Pricing:
Leasing fee of 85% of one month’s rent with a flat $85 monthly management fee, and re-marketing fee of 85% of one month’s rent for all replacement tenants after the first ones leave. Lease renewals are always FREE!

Tenant Location Only
For a one-time leasing fee of 85% of one month’s rent, we’ll handle all marketing including MLS, showings and applicant screenings. When we find your ideal tenant, we prepare the lease, collect first rent and deposits, and conduct a full move-in inspection to document your property’s condition.
